Throughout his 36-year career, Kerry has orchestrated transactions valued at nearly $1.4 billion, demonstrating expertise across multiple disciplines including construction, deal syndication, mortgage banking, and commercial office leasing and sales. His leadership philosophy emphasizes swift market analysis, strategic team assembly, and hands-on project management from design through completion.

Kerry's approach to development is distinctively hands-on, maintaining active involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial design to construction and leasing phases. He has built his reputation on maintaining meticulous oversight of project execution to ensure optimal outcomes.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Kerry demonstrates his commitment to community service through his nonprofit organization, Through My Front Door. This foundation focuses on addressing housing instability by providing affordable housing solutions to families in need, reflecting his dedication to leveraging his real estate expertise for social impact.

Kerry is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in economics.  He’s also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.  He’s happily married with one son.  He and his wife have made a hobby of traveling the world to learn different languages and cultures.
